Over the years, the badges
for Canadas various ships and land establishments were created by a
number of different artists at the Directorate of Ceremonial in Ottawa....each
with their own style.
While the badge centres must remain true to heraldic convention, for asthetic purposes, we have standardized the 'badge frames' in this collection.
